Distilled at the Akita distillery in the north of the island of Honshu, Etsu Double Orange gin is distinguished by a long maceration of the traditional botanicals for 7 days before being distilled without the botanicals for greater finesse and elegance. The use of water from the Ōu mountains, Japan's longest mountain range, brings purity and freshness.

Japanese bitter orange peel, juniper berries, liquorice and angelica roots and coriander seeds harmonise beautifully in this gin with its fresh, fruity notes.
